We make every effort to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Every working day at 08.00 the orders are sent to the customers. Our experience is that most packages can then be delivered to your home within 3 working days, but we cannot guarantee this. Please note that most postal and parcel services do not deliver on weekends and holidays.

Longer delivery time around Holidays, Black Friday, Sinterklaas and Christmas! 

Note: We know from experience that the Post is always very busy in the period around Black Friday, Sinterklaas and Christmas. During this period - and around public holidays such as Easter and Pentecost, there will probably be a longer delivery time on your order. So keep that in mind when you order! You always receive a Track and Trace link when you order from us, with which you can keep an eye on your package. You can find updates about the expected delivery time on the DPD site.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us with which you can keep an eye on the order. This way you can track the package and know when the order is ready for you or will be delivered.

Shipping costs

The prices stated on our site do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

  • €12.50 for small orders (under €17.50)
  • €7.50 for orders from €17.50 and up to  €150 (and under 5 kilos)
  • € 15.00 for orders from €17.50 and up to € 150 (and above 5 kilos)
  • Free delivery for orders from €100

Free delivery does not apply to the products in our Rental Service, here you always pay an amount for shipping and return costs.

Note: On some products there is a surcharge on the shipping costs due to weight. If that is the case, it will be stated in the product information and at checkout.

Longer delivery time

It is possible that certain items are not in stock, or that they are delivered directly through the supplier or through another partnership. In these cases, the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If the order is delayed, we will send you a message by e-mail (note: depending on your settings, these e-mails may end up in your spam mailbox).

Occasionally the item you have ordered is no longer available, we will then contact you. No rights can be derived from the available stocks listed on the website. This indication on the site does not guarantee availability.

More info about delivery by DPD

The parcel deliverers of the DPD deliver from Mon. until Sat. from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm. You will be informed by the DPD about the day and time frame in which the delivery will take place. You can follow your package live via 'My packages'.

Is DPD on the doorstep and no one is home? Then the DPD deliverer leaves a 'not-at-home message' and the DPD delivers your parcel to the nearest Pickup parcelshop. It can sometimes happen that due to external factors a parcel is delivered to another parcelshop. However, they always try to choose the parcelshop in your area.

Note: If you do not collect your package, the package will be returned to us after a few days. We are then forced to charge additional shipping costs for return costs and resending.

To which countries do we deliver?
