Acavallo Piuma Air-Release pads are made of EVA, a lightweight thermoplastic material that offers horse and rider the following unique benefits:

• a path with little profile, but very effective protection of the horse's back
• light weight and no bulk under the seat
• an advanced ventilation and air supply system;

A fantastic pad if you want to avoid putting extra weight on the horse, but at the same time want to have a good shock-absorbing effect.

The special and innovative structure of the Piuma pads ensures an intense, horizontally directed air circulation. In addition to creating a shock-absorbing cushion effect each time the 'wavelets' in the pad are compressed and released, the holes in the wavelets allow for continuous air circulation, so it doesn't get too hot under the pad.
