Concord Leader

The Leader is primarily a tool for walking horses by hand. It brings relaxation and tranquility so that horses adopt the correct head, neck and neck posture. A positive additional effect is that it creates safety for both the horse and the handler.

The safety aspect was therefore the reason that the Leader was originally conceived to allow a horse to rehabilitate in a calm and responsible manner. For this reason, the Leader has been extensively tested by, among others, the Faculty of Utrecht (see research) in the context of rehabilitation and is recommended by various veterinarians and physiotherapists. With the help of the Leader, a horse can walk calmly and safely in hand for a number of weeks and is helped to balance in a good and responsible manner.

The Leader can also be used for horses without injury. With regular use it helps horses to develop the topline and improve the walk. By walking a few times a week or a day in hand with the Leader, a light work stimulus is distributed in the topline and the horse will walk more widely. The heart rate remains low and the load minimal while the muscles are addressed. This results in a visible muscle build-up after just 4 weeks. Horses become more straight and move forwards and downwards more easily under saddle.

The unique thing about this product is that the horse is not forced in any way, but that the Leader makes it possible for the horse to adopt a correct posture without any form of coercion. The aid that, in addition to daily training, offers support that helps the horse to stay physically and mentally healthy.

WHEN TO USE?
Preventive:
To prevent injuries and to maintain and improve muscles
Rehabilitation:1 to 2 times a day (use every time in very fresh horses)
Training and correction:
At least 3 to 4 times a week for 10 minutes for more straightness, symmetry, better release in the mouth, improvement of forward downward reflex.
