  • These Premier Equine boots with a removable liner with magnets can help support your horse's overall well-being and health.

The protectors are anatomically shaped and are made of breathable ventilated neoprene. The soft cotton lining of the liner contains magnets around the cannon bone and fetlock. These magnets can help support the body's natural processes, such as reducing swelling and pain and increasing mobility. They can also provide significant improvement to horses suffering from arthritis or spasms.

You can also use the leg protectors with light compression to help reduce swelling that can arise from standing still on the box or trailer for a long time.

Sold in pairs. The protectors can be used on both the front and hind legs. You often choose a size larger for the back legs.

Tip: You can also use these PE protectors with the other PE liners, such as Nano tech liners with infrared therapy or the regular liners. This way you can use 1 pair of leg protectors in 3 different ways.

Main features of the leg protectors:

    • Vented neoprene protectors.
    • Soft cotton liners with sewn-in bi-polar magnets.
    • 16 magnets around the long bone and ball joint.
    • Each magnet has a 600 Gauss high-energy magnet.
    • The liner is easy to get in and out of the protector.
    • The protectors provide constant, even pressure.

    • The horse to be treated must be at rest with a regular heartbeat (in the stable, cleaning place or in the trailer).

Use of magnet therapy is not recommended in the following situations:

    • On open wounds
    • In pregnant mares
    • Near pacemakers

Always consult your vet before treatment, if in doubt or if symptoms persist!

  • Sizes
  • Premier Equine's measurements are often based on the height of the horse.

In addition, the products themselves also have specific dimensions, measured as:
    (A)height of the boat
    (B) the width of the boat, measured at the widest part on the inside of the boots.
Please note that the boots should preferably have a little overlap.

If you measure the height and circumference of the horse's leg (see picture), you can use those measurements to check whether you have the right size.

Tip:  If you measure a certain size for the front legs, you often choose a size larger for the hind legs (for example M at the front, then L at the back), unless it is a specific front and hind leg model.

measured in cm Height Width Stick size
    S 30 31 137 - 149
    M 32 33 152 - 167
    L 35 36 170 - 175
    XL 37 38 > 175

Please note: the size chart is only a guide, and your horse may of course have different sizes.
