  • These Q-Line ankle boots have separate gel packs, so you can use them both as cooling boots or as heat boots.

The boots can be used in stable or during transport. Perfect after heavy load or in case of injuries. Also nice as a heat pack for horses with wear in the hock joint, the heat can help keep the joint more flexible.

  • Cooling down the horse's legs is especially important after training or when the leg is injured. The drop in temperature helps to stop bleeding into the tissue and regenerate the tissue. In addition, cooling therapy has an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect and reduces swelling. One of the ways to cool your legs is with the water hose. However, to work optimally, you must spray the horse's legs with the water hose for at least 20 minutes. In addition, many liters of water would be used, and this method can also be very difficult in winter.

It is therefore easier to use the cooling boots. The boots have an inner pocket in which the cooling elements can be packed. The bag keeps the ice packs in place and protects the horse's skin (cold packs should never be used directly on the skin due to the risk of frostbite).

    Content:

Set of 2 boots and 2 cooling/heating packs

Cooling elements should be placed in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours before use. You can also use the gel packs warm, then put them in warm water before use.
