The back strap uses a rechargeable battery to quickly generate infrared heat. The active long-wave infrared radiation, which can be adjusted in 3 steps, helps to promote blood circulation, reduce tension and pain and increase well-being and relaxation.
The back strap is attached to your waist with a detachable elastic band, which can be individually adjusted for extra support. The back strap can be can also be used without the battery/heating function.

Recommended Use
- in preparation for training: use High (Red) 15-20 minutes
- as muscle and tissue relaxation after exercise: use Medium (Blue) for a maximum of 30 minutes - up to twice a day
- as wellness: choose the setting that you like best, or switch between the different levels, e.g. for Low (Green) approx. 15 min, Medium (Blue) in approx. 10 minutes and/or High (Red) 5 minutes – up to 2 times daily
- when using the lowest level (Green) you can use the back warmer for up to 40 minutes
