Hrimnir Atlas Multi Cavesson

The patented Hrímnir Atlas Multi cavesson is a bitless training bridle developed in collaboration with riding instructor and FT master trainer Eyjólfur Ísólfsson. You can use this multifunctional cavesson not only for lunging, but also for working the horse in hand and also for riding. The cavesson is made of high quality leather with stainless steel buckles. Rollers in the buckles allow easy and quick adjustment. The Hrimnir Multi Cavesson is strong and durable, so it can also be used for work with young horses.

The noseband contains a metal piece, which allows the trainer to influence the horse in a precise way. The metal piece is covered with soft leather to protect the horse's nasal bone and ensure an even pressure distribution. The metal piece can be adjusted to the shape of your horse's head by simply bending it. This cavesson fits a wide variety of horse heads.

Both throatlatch and headpiece are softly padded to provide better pressure distribution and more comfort for the horse.

There are three metal rings on the noseband that are attached so that they do not disturb the horse while working. These rings make it easy for the trainer to work correctly from both sides. The cavesson allows the trainer to accurately influence the lateral flexion of the poll and the bending of the neck. This is necessary to allow the horse to extend its neck forward and down, allowing the horse to lift its back and work freely. This also helps the horse to be better balanced. The two metal rings on the throatlatch can be used to achieve better vertical flexion of the poll.

The rings on the noseband and on the throatlatch allow for a wide variety of adjustments and therefore offer many different ways to use this cavesson in training. For example, you can use it to ride with two reins (one to bend the horse and one to get more vertical flexion of the poll).
