The Back on Track Posture Reminder is a comfortable aid that helps improve your posture. Use it while driving, in the stable or at home!
Using this soft "brace" reminds your body to walk / sit or drive upright and helps to train the necessary muscles. Over time, this will lead to improved posture.
Posture Reminder for riders:
- Stretch the chest muscles and support blood circulation for greater mobility
- Activates trunk muscles for better balance and symmetry in the saddle
- Infrared energy can reduce tension in muscles
- Good posture helps to improve your breathing
The Back on Track Posture Reminder can be worn daily for 1-3 hours during training, at the stable or at home.
Lined with Back on Track's Welltex® which can improve blood circulation.
The Velcro strap at the front makes it easy to put on and take off the brace and adjust it when needed while wearing it.
Color: Black
Wash at a maximum of 30 degrees in the machine with a delicate wash program. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
Tumble dry at low temperature, do not iron, do not dry clean.
